English, Writing, and Rhetoric/Communications and Digital Media, BA/MA

The combined BA in English, Writing, and Rhetoric / MA in Communications and Digital Media offers a path for students interested in combining strong writing and communication skills with hands-on digital media expertise. Through the undergraduate curriculum, students develop as skilled writers and critical communicators, learning to craft content across diverse audiences and platforms. The graduate component provides career-ready training in both traditional and digital media, including content creation, and campaign management. Graduates leave prepared to build portfolios, apply contemporary production skills, and pursue careers in communications, digital media, filmmaking, and public relations.

This is an accelerated 5-year program of 144 credits, with 12 graduate credits taken in the undergraduate junior and senior years.
