There are multiple options for studying Accounting at Pace University:

  • Accounting, BBA (120 credit)
    • A 120-credit undergraduate program designed for completion within four (4) years. The curriculum provides a strong foundation in accounting and business and prepares students for the CPA Exam and licensure under the newly introduced 120-credit CPA pathway adopted by New York State and many other states.  
  • Public Accounting, BBA (150 credit)
    • This undergraduate program prepares students for careers in public accounting across the business, government, and nonprofit sectors. The curriculum is structured to meet the educational requirements of the 150-credit pathway for CPA licensure in New York State and in many other jurisdictions. 

  • Combined Public Accounting, BBA/MBA (151 credit)
    • The BBA/MBA Public Accounting combined programs offer an integrated five-year study plan, enabling students to earn both BBA and MBA degrees while fulfilling the educational requirements for the CPA Exam and licensure in New York State.

All of our Accounting programs offer a comprehensive foundation in the preparation, analysis, and use of financial information by investors, management, government agencies, and the public. The curriculum incorporates current developments in technology, data analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) as they relate to accounting, auditing, taxation, and cost management.
