The 15-credit advanced certificate in Public Service Data Analysis is part of the Public Administration Department and it is designed to equip students with the knowledge and hands-on quantitative and qualitative analytical skills needed to succeed in careers in public service and management, public organizations, nonprofit and non-governmental organizations, hospital and healthcare organizations. The certificate can be completed in one year (two semesters for full-time students and three semesters for part-time students). The certificate consists of three required and two elective courses.
